Its time...
Wa dah... Exercise schedule has been set up... been cycling with my gal for de last 2 nites... the amount of accidents she had far exceeded the number of accidents that i had for the last 3 years.. Pretty cool eh?
i had a good laugh when she try to mount on her new bicycle.. it looks like a little gal who try to tackle a bicycle too big for her... which in fact, the bicycle is jus nice for her...
we are going jogging tomolo... it seems that she wans me to slim down fast and efficient. so yea, now i got an exercise kaki liao...
time to lose de fats!
by de way, my gal weighs ard 43 kg and im ard 3/4 more heavier than she is... wahahahaha
oh yea, im still trying to find time to take de pictures for samsung omnia.. :p
will post them up soon!
