Salary increment!!! LOL

Pim will officially move out from HR and go into Training and Development. So now, HR, 2

down... Data Analytics, 1 up. Training and Development, 1 up.

Reshufflement will come into effect at 1st July. That's when Pim's role and my role in HR will

come to de end... No more dabbling in HR.

According to Sanjeev, Another new COE (Center Of Excellence) will be set up. Since DADB (Data

Analytics DashBoard) and T&Q (Training and Development) is already up and running, the new

COE for C&B (Compensation and Benefits) will be set up according to plan.

The meetings for the discussions for the scope for this C&B COE is underway. As of now, we only

know tat the new COE will only go Live at October.

Hell yea, half drunk, should say almost drunk... wasted by something call rum... yea pple, u all never read it wrong... de non drinker is wasted by alcohol...

im screwed, totally... im taking a long time trying to type properly...

de headache is irritating...

she replied me today, i didnt expect her to reply me so fast... her reply finally set down de stone in my heart and i finally believe its time for me to move out once more...

maybe its time i shld go slower on my work a little bit more...

so is it de time for me to start looking for 'it' again?

Was reading a blog of a frd jus now (not in de main blog links)

realised that she is having a hard time with her marriage, so decided to leave a tag on her tagbox to console her... after 5 mins, she called... apparently she was monitoring her blog...

she called and told me that her husband has been fooling outside. I asked her how did she know, she said tat one of de ladies called her...

She does not know wat to do... I never advise her to divorce. But rather, try to sit down with her husband and talk to him and see what both can do abt it.

She said that she did try... but it doesnt work out... she is considering divorce but i told her tat its not easy for a couple to get married in de 1st place wor

she knows it too.. but she jus cannot accept wat her husband has done... but she also don wan to break up de marriage jus like tat...

she wans to keep de marriage but she cant accept wat her husband has done.. contradicting but true...
